專家信息 :

傅強 教授,男,1963年1月出生,博士。于1997年底學成歸國,他來到我校高分子學院工作后即被學校特聘為教授。

傅強博士在美工作期間主要從事尼龍6/聚酰亞胺嵌段接枝分子復合材料的結構與性能研究和茂金屬聚乙烯支化非均勻性及其對結晶結構和形態的影響研究,研究成果得到美國工業界和學術界的好評和贊揚,其研究論文"茂金屬聚乙烯熱分級方法"獲得美國熱分析學會杰出論文獎;貒笾饕獜氖赂咝阅芫酆衔镉袡C/無機雜化納米復合材料和共混物形態控制等研究。1999年傅強博士獲國家杰出青年科學基金資助,使我校在該項基金項目的申報中實現了零的突破。1999年晉升為博導,現為長江學者特聘教授、國務院學位委員會學科評審組專家、四川省科學技術學術帶頭人。目前為國家自然科學基金、973子課題,四川杰出青年基金等多個研究項目的負責人。至今國內外知名學術刊物發表學術論文100余篇,其中80余篇被SCI或EI收錄,論文被SCI引用達400余次。獲寶鋼優秀教師獎,國家教育部科技進步二等獎一項,四川省科技進步一等獎和二等獎各一項。并以突出研究成果得到國際上著名的洪堡基金資助,分別于1999.8-2000.9,2001.10-2001.12,2003.9-2003.10,2005.9-2005.10在德國進行國際合作研究。已經成長為我校年輕的學術帶頭人。

聚合物成型加工中的形態控制

利用成型加工中的剪切場和溫度場,從共混熱力學和動力學的角度,通過剪切引起的液-液相分離以及動態保壓等技術控制聚合物共混物的微相分離、取向和結晶結構,以獲得高性能的聚合物共混復合材料,建立結構-形態-性能的關系.

聚合物納米材料的瓶頸科學問題的研究

在分子設計與界面設計的基礎上,通過對無機納米粒子的表面修飾與改性,從根本上解決原位和共混復合中納米粒子的分散和界面問題,通過在成型加工中直接制備聚合物納米復合材料,控制納米粒子的分散、取向和體系的微觀結構,大幅度提高通用和工程塑料的性能,成果去向包括:納米復合高光澤聚酯薄膜和多層復合塑料啤酒瓶等.

承擔項目 :

學術成果

首次報導了無機剛性粒子填充HDPE材料的脆-韌轉變及其規律,使聚合物增韌在彈性體–有機剛性粒子增韌技術的基礎上,向無機剛性粒子多元化增韌技術發展。通過自制的動態保壓裝置控制聚烯烴共混物的取向、結晶和微相分離,獲得了高性能聚烯烴工程材料(拉伸強度≥100MPa,缺口沖擊強度≥140KJ/m2)。控制EPDM橡膠在PP中的取向,首次在PP/EPDM體系發現了“脆-韌-脆”轉變現象,使塑料增韌機理的研究推向一個新階段;用自制的高壓裝置,將聚烯烴高壓結晶的研究范圍從0~0.7GPa壓力擴展到0~2.3GPa壓力范圍,獲得了聚乙烯、聚丙烯在以往未曾報導的有關晶體結構形態的新信息,并首次用液晶引誘導在低壓下制備含伸直鏈聚乙烯取得成功,為制備高性能聚烯烴工程材料開辟了新途徑;建立了結晶熱分級和結晶動力學研究含結晶高分子共混物相容性和相分離的新方法。 近年來在聚合物納米復合材料和高分子共混物形態控制的研究中取得突出成績。提出了通過高剪切相容與低剪切動態保壓控制共混物形態與性能的新思想。在聚丙烯、聚酯(PET)納米復合材料的制備與應用方面取得重要進展,通過了四川省科委組織的專家鑒定會,成果被評為國際先進水平。研制的高透明防粘連聚酯納米薄膜經廠家批量生產,取得了明顯的經濟效益,該產品被評為2002年杭州市新產品、新技術一等獎。2003年獲四川省科技進步二等獎。2005年獲四川省科技進步一等獎。
