劉要穩，男，1971年1月出生，河北保定人，現任同濟大學物理系教授、博士生導師。
教育及工作經歷：
1994年畢業于河北師范學院。
1997年和2000年在蘭州大學物理系分別獲碩士、博士學位。
2000-2004年在葡萄牙INESC-MN研究所作博士后。
2004年9月至今，在同濟大學物理系從事科研和教學工作。
2006-2007年在德國Jülich研究中心作“洪堡學者”。
學術兼職：
1. Member of IEEE Magnetic Society。
2. 應邀為一些國際雜志審稿人，包括Applied Physics Letters，Journal of Applied Physics, IEEE Transaction Magnetics, Journal of Physics: Condensed Matters，Chinese Physics Letters等雜志。
